This chocolate pudding is great for your gut. No really. We know it's hard to believe, but it turns out a classically not-so-healthy treat like chocolate pudding can be a gut-healthy superfood! Well, this chocolate pudding anyways.
It’s absolutely packed full of ingredients that help build and nourish healthy gut flora, things like:
- Our 2-for-1 vanilla probiotic + prebiotic powder featuring 4 of *the* most beneficial strains of probiotics and plant-based prebiotics for overall gut health.
- Raw probiotic chocolate + raw cacao - more probiotics, more prebiotics, and loads of flavonols which have been shown to boost beneficial microbe activity in the gut.
- Chia seeds - These little gelatinous superseeds are packed full of soluble fiber and act like a gentle broom, sweeping out waste and toxins from the GI system. We know, not exactly dinner table talk but we’re all adults here, right?
